I am no longer actively providing technical support to anyone other than my family and a few existing clients. Over the years I worked to serve my clients with desktop computer and small network support, repair and troubleshooting. I appreciate the business of my many clients and wish here to thank them so much for the business and the personal relationships.
For those whom I still support, I attempt to deal with your issue as readily and accurately as I am able. When a remote client has a need for me to look over their computer, I find that it is best to do so with a program called TeamViewer. If you are a client and do not have it, please feel free to download and install this free program.
